Against all the odds I had my baby at home. I apologise for the delay in this blog but in-between my last one and this one we celebrated the arrival of our second child. After giving birth to my son, naturally in 2015, those of you that have read my earlier blog will know, that it had its pro’s and con’s. The pro’s being the use of hypnotherapy to birth my baby out with no pain relief and minimal intervention in a birthing unit. The con’s being the speed of the delivery, resulting in a haemorrhage, surgery and subsequent blood transfusion. Followed by a feeling of disappointment, guilt and a long recovery.Read More
