FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your order online by logging onto your Bloomingals account. Simply click on “Log in” at the top right-hand corner of your screen.  You should find a tracking number for your order.  This should also be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.  If you do require any further information, then please email carly@bloomingals.co.uk and we will be happy to answer any enquiries that you have.

HOW LONG DOES FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY TAKE?

Free Standard UK Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to reach you from dispatch. If your order is urgent you can request next day delivery at an extra cost. 

HOW DO I ORDER NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY?

Bloomingals offer next day delivery option for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday.  This is £7.50 for all orders except the maternity hire dresses.  There is a standard cost of £9.95 for delivery of the maternity hire dresses. 

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

Bloomingals do ship internationally.  Please email carly@bloomingals.co.uk for a shipping quote and this will be added to your order.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We hope that you love your purchase.  If for any reason you need to return an item that you have bought from Bloomingals (this does not include maternity hire dresses) then please follow our returns policy: https://bloomingals.co.uk/returns-policy/.  If you need to return one of your hire dresses then please see details below in our maternity hire FAQ section. 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Please allow 10 days for your refund to process. Please then allow 2-3 working days for the funds to become visible in your account; unfortunately, this is out of our control and dependent on your banking service provider.  If you have any questions about your return, please contact carly@bloomingals.co.uk and we will endeavour to help you. 

 

MATERNITY DRESS HIRE FAQ'S

HOW DO I HIRE A MATERNITY DRESS?

To hire a maternity dress:

  • choose your size
  • Select the number of nights you want to keep the dress
  • Add it to your basket 
  • Pay via the check out. 
  • The dress will then be dispatched direct to you and you will receive an email when it is on it's way.

 WHEN WILL MY MATERNITY DRESS ARRIVE?

For a 2 night rental, the dresses arrive the day before the event. For a 5 night rental, the dresses arrive 3-4 days before the event date.

WHAT IF I DAMAGE MY HIRED MATERNITY DRESS?
Don't worry! We understand that some accidents happen and may be inevitable and beyond your control. We always advise our customers to treat the dress as one of their own.  We offer complimentary dry cleaning so if it is a simple spillage no charge will be added.  For minor damage that is repairable a charge of £10 may be added to your account.  If the dress is damaged beyond repair, then the cost of that particular dress will be charged to you.

DOES BLOOMINGALS HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP?
No, All products are ordered online and delivered to your address, home of office. We deliver anywhere in the UK, for your event. Next Day delivery is the fastest we can deliver.

HOW DO I RETURN MY MATERNITY DRESS AFTER MY HIRE PERIOD HAS FINISHED?

To return a Maternity Dress which you hired: 

  • Package the dress in its original packaging
  • Complete the enclosed returns form
  • Fix the pre-paid returns label to the package
  • Take to the post office and post
  • Keep your receipt for proof of return

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to the following countries: Belgium, Luxemberg, Netherlands, France, Germany, Monaco, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden. Place the order normally on the website and simply select your country at the checkout stage of your order. The delivery fee for these countries is £30.00 GBP. This includes delivery and return / both ways all included. Our courier will deliver and collect from you.
