Standard Terms and conditions
Welcome to Bloomingals terms and conditions.  As with all terms and conditions this is where we set out the more formal aspects of what we do.  Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing your order, you are agreeing to our set terms and conditions.  Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding the personal information provided by you.

Please be aware that our terms and conditions can change at any point without notification to you so check them regularly to take notice of any changes we have made to them.  If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, then you should stop using our website.  If you have any questions about our terms and conditions, please contact us on customerservices@bloomingals.co.uk to discuss further before placing an order.

Our website should provide you with accurate information regarding our availability of items.  There will be times when items are out of stock and will be discontinued.  We endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if something is out of stock and with the anticipated delivery dates or if the item will no longer be available.  Goods are subject to availability and stock may become unavailable from the time you place your order to the time of confirmation. We will refund you in full any money taken for an item out of stock unless you choose to wait for the item to return to stock.  Refunds can take 7-10 working days to process but we will make an effort to do this at our earliest convenience.

Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that the items displayed on our website are accurate.  However, the accuracy of the colour of each item will depend on your computer monitor, therefore we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your monitor will be the exact colour of the item that arrives.

All sizes and measurements are approximate.  We provide a sizing guide but this may vary dependent on the brand that you are purchasing so please refer to the appropriate sizing guide for the item/brand purchased.

Please note that any items ordered remain our property until payment is received.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.  You will receive a confirmation of purchase email.  Our acceptance of an order does not occur until an order has been dispatched, it is at this point the contract for purchase of goods will be made and payment taken.

Once you have received your confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes so please check your order carefully before confirming payment.

If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you directly.

Non acceptance of an order may occur for one or more of the following reasons:

  • The product you ordered is out of stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
  • If we suspect any fraudulent activity
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error

As the customer it is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided regarding your address, personal details, delivery address and payment method is accurate and correct.  If any of this information changes, please update us immediately by emailing customerservices@bloomingals.co.uk

Cancellation Rights
You have a statutory right to cancel your contract within the cooling off period.  The cooling off period last for 14 days from the day after your parcel was received by you or a representative.  You must contact us within the cooling off period to advise that you want to cancel your order and then you are required to return this item to us within 14 days. 

If the goods returned are damaged or faulty then we reserve the right to take the relevant costs from your refund.  If the goods are returned in their original and re-sellable condition then a refund will be issued to you within 14 days of receiving the goods, including delivery costs (least expensive delivery service).  If you choose a more expensive delivery service, you will be required to pay the difference.  Please note the goods remain your responsibility until they have been received back to us.

We are unable to refund the delivery charge for dispatching the goods as this is a direct charge.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched by us.  If you change your mind after the item has been dispatched, you can return the item to us in accordance with the returns policy.

Pricing and payments
All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).  The total cost of your order is the price of the product plus delivery charges via your chosen delivery method as stated on our deliveries page.

Payments can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this website and will debited and cleared from your account prior to dispatch of your order.  You must abide by the following condition when making a payment:

  • The credit or debit card you use must be yours.
  • All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
  • If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Missing Items
You must inform us in writing within 15 days if you have not received your ordered item/s and this will instigate a full investigation.  Failure to inform us in time may affect our ability to trace the item.  If the item is deemed missing, you will be refunded or the item will be replaced. 

We are not able to send out replacement items until we have confirmation that the item cannot be found, or in the case of a faulty item, until the item has been returned first.  If you have selected Royal Mail as your delivery method then the item/s will not be classed as missing until at least 15 working days have passed (3 weeks) and we have received confirmation that your item is not waiting for to be collected at your local post depot.

Wrong items received/Faulty
If in the unusual occurrence that you receive the wrong item from us or the item is faulty then we sincerely apologise.  Please contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will issue an exchange or refund following a full inspection.

Discounts and promotions
If you have a discount or promotional code, you must enter it at the checkout before you place your order as you will not be able to add this once your order has been placed.  You may only use one discount code per order.

Bloomingals reserves the right to change or remove promotion or discount offers at any point at its sole discretion.

Certain products may be excluded for discount or promotional offers.
